The Qumaish Y. Al-Daghreer & Partners Co. is a Partnership Company, Head Quartered in Rahima, with diverse experience in all types of construction, Electrical, instrumentation and Mechanical work. We have engaged in operation and maintanance services with major organisations such as SAUDI ARAMCO and SCECO since 1980. We are involved also in sub-contract long and short term jobs with the Oil and Petroleum Industries as well as the private industries and commercial sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The scope of the general services provided are outlined hereunder.

           Civil          
Civil construction work includes but is not limited to industrial earthwork projects, site grading and site roads in industrial area etc. All these projects involve heavy hauling of fill materials, replacement, grading, compaction and asphalting. Civil Construction work further includes all types of buildings in traditional and/or concrete execution, renovation of buildings in all varieties, demolition of concrete and steel structures and installation of premeter security fances.
     Mechanical   
Mechanical works include the following :
Installation of fire water sprinkler systems and irrigation systems.
Maintanance and repair to refrigeration and air conditioning units.
Installation of sweet and raw water pipe lines.
Installation of sewerage pipe lines.
General maintanance of heavy and light equipment.
Construction of machenical work shop buildings
Fabrication of substations doors,cabinets and machenical components etc.
Sandblasting and painting of industrial pipelines and equipment etc.
On site fabrication and erection of process piping.
Tank cleaning and other maintenance works
       Electrical    
Electrical construction work consists of all electrical switchgears, UPS, cable wiring, overhead and underground distribution systems up to 35 KV, including laying, termination and connecting of cable and installation of poles, transformers, distribution cabinets meters and substation rooms.

Specialized Disciplines

     Shutdowns           
QYDCO has within its Senior management many years of experience covering oil, and petrochemical plant shutdowns, as may be noted from the section "ON GOING PROJECTS". We are currently at a stage of completing projects at Saudi Aramco. We have the experience and resources to address the shutdown requirements of schedule urgency, quality and safety.
    Corrosion Control     
Within the wide spectrum of anti-corrosion technology, QYDCO has dedicated resources towards the following areas:-
Grit and high pressure water surface preparation, for both concrete and steel
Application of specialized industrial coating including polymer modified cementitious cutting, Epoxy coating and Urethanes
Concrete repair for conventional removal methods and ultra high pressure water cutting (40,000 psi.), reinstatement of reinforcing cover of shotcrete (dry mix method). The management also has considerable experience of major earth stabilization using shotcrete.
